This topic is to clarify the role of councillors and their effect on the forum.

Dissolve Parliament

- Only Councillors and elected reps can propose to dissolve parliament (4/5 majority of councillors) [If there aren't enough councillors, the Internal minister can vote and shadow reps]

Impeachment

- Only councillors may vote to impeach a forum rep. (4/5 majority required)
- In the event of a 3/5 majority of councillors voting no in impeachment, it is overturned.

Ban Appeal

- Only councillors and the Internal minister can vote on a ban appeal, all other votes will be void.

Approval

- A proposal is approved if there is a 3/5 yes majority of councillors unless vetoed by the minister responcible for that area and the forum rep/assistant rep.

Veto

- A proposal is automatically rejected if 3/5 councillors vote no.

This is effective as of the 8th of January 2010 when originally discussed here: http://house.dbzf.org/index.php?topic=33.0
