Not really, I saw people who could have come here to have their say because I saw them on DBZF at the time but they didn't, if someone has the time to get on DBZF, they can easily spare a minute a check the parliament forum and post "I don't agree, I will say more when I have time.", that would render the timelimit invalid because there is an objection.

If I just left it to a vote, it would be here for days before anything happend.

Some other people could have tests to study for or other things to do, and couldn't bother spending much time on the internet.

There's no going back, there was a time limit on this and no one came to argue against it, that's the price for inactivity in parliament, it's a tough lesson when it affects something you wanted to keep. It's unlikly the legend group will be back untill the elite group has been sorted out.

I can understand why it was done so that it could clear the way for the changes with Eliting. It is not necessarily gone for good. I believe that has been said on the forum as well.

As I said, just posting "I don't agree, I will say more when I have time." will end the time limit, since some people who could post here where on DBZF the day I posted this, there is no reason they couldn't post here
