Item 1 Terms of Service

Set councillor election this April but no change to length in charge.

Item 2 Rules

Do you agree to the following set of new rules.

Rules

1. No offensive/trolling/flame posts
2. No spamming or posting to gain a high post count and avoide double/triple posting, use the edit button where possible.
3. No promoting your forum/site through the forum, keep it in your signature and reach 50 posts to post in the advertisment section.
4. Do not attept to bypass the word filter.
5. All posts should be on topic and in the appropriate area.
6. No referal codes or product promotion.
7. No discussion of illegal activities such as where to get free episodes.
8. Do not request for a member to be unbanned, they have a right to appel themselves.
9. Do not post adult content.
10. Do not let anyone else use your account, it is your responsibility.
11. All posts must be in English unless you provide an accurate transalation along side your post.
12. Do not hotlink images, use a free host like Photobucket, Imageshack or Tinypic to host it.

Signature Regulations

1. You may only have 2 signature banners in your signature area.
2. The height may not be more than 250 pixels. and the length no more than 450.
3. BMP images aren't allowed.
4. Large animations in your signature count towards the signature banner limit, small emoticon like animations don't.
5. If you want large/more images, please use the [spoiler][/spoiler] tags.
6. The amount of space we provide you in the signature area is your limitations.
7. You will be notified by PM if a member of staff thinks your signature is too big.

Notes
Admins/mods may make new rules in order to keep this forum civil and clean. Rules may change at their discretion. Your punishment for breaking a rule is directly related to the offense.

Item 3 Elite changes

Change elite to the following critirea:

1,000 posts
3 months on the forum
Staff are exempt from the critirea for elite

Reinstate legend with the following critirea:

Atleast 1,000 posts
6 months on the forum
Showing dedication to the forum and the running
Staff are included in the critirea (moderators scoring below 50% on report cards will not meet the 3rd critirea)

When the 24 hour timer expires

Once time is up, all the votes in will be counted, anything over 60% Yes will be implimented, anything below 40% Yes will be rejected and anything between 40% and 60% Yes will be discussed again.

This is not a topic for debating, it's a topic for moving things forward and voting.

This isn't the way we should do things. Not everything has to be rushed. We've basically completed 2/3 proposals in there own topic so why make this a timed decision when we have the time to calmly look at things. I'd vote yes but this 24-hour response has to stop.

There's no reason for it to stop, people take forever to come up with anything, if I left it, no one would decide to vote and we wouldn't get anywhere, the whole purpose of parliament is to get things going, nothing is moving, things died.

Voting no just because you don't like the 24 hour limit is a bad thing to do, you're not voting on changes but rather the limit, not aggreeing with the limit is one thing, voting against something just because you don't like it is another thing.
