Item 1 Terms of Service
Set councillor election this April but no change to length in charge.

Do you agree to the following set of new rules.
Rules
1. No offensive/trolling/flame posts
2. No spamming or posting to gain a high post count and avoide double/triple posting, use the edit button where possible.
3. No promoting your forum/site through the forum, keep it in your signature and reach 50 posts to post in the advertisment section.
4. Do not attept to bypass the word filter.
5. All posts should be on topic and in the appropriate area.
6. No referal codes or product promotion.
7. No discussion of illegal activities such as where to get free episodes.
8. Do not request for a member to be unbanned, they have a right to appel themselves.
9. Do not post adult content.
10. Do not let anyone else use your account, it is your responsibility.
11. All posts must be in English unless you provide an accurate transalation along side your post.
12. Do not hotlink images, use a free host like Photobucket, Imageshack or Tinypic to host it.
Signature Regulations
1. You may only have 2 signature banners in your signature area.
2. The height may not be more than 250 pixels. and the length no more than 450.
3. BMP images aren't allowed.
4. Large animations in your signature count towards the signature banner limit, small emoticon like animations don't.
5. If you want large/more images, please use the [spoiler][/spoiler] tags.
6. The amount of space we provide you in the signature area is your limitations.
7. You will be notified by PM if a member of staff thinks your signature is too big.
Notes
Admins/mods may make new rules in order to keep this forum civil and clean. Rules may change at their discretion. Your punishment for breaking a rule is directly related to the offense.

Item 3 Elite changes
Change elite to the following critirea:
1,000 posts
3 months on the forum
Staff are exempt from the critirea for elite
Reinstate legend with the following critirea:
Atleast 1,000 posts
6 months on the forum
Showing dedication to the forum and the running
Staff are included in the critirea (moderators scoring below 50% on report cards will not meet the 3rd critirea)
